Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Meble MILO Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Skierniewicka 14, 01-230 Warsaw, Poland, registered by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000856722, NIP 9710728891, REGON 386891586.

2. What data we collect and why

a) Contact form (homepage, sector pages, Contact page)

Data collected: first name, last name, company, phone, email, message content.

Purpose: replying to your enquiry, preparing a quotation and establishing business contact.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps necessary before entering into a contract, at your request) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest - handling enquiries).

Retention period: for the duration of the correspondence and 12 months afterwards for evidential purposes, unless a contract is concluded - in which case in line with the retention period for contractual and tax documentation.

b) Speculative application / job application form (Careers page)

Data collected: first name, last name, phone, email, area of interest, message content, attached CV.

Purpose: considering your application in the current and future recruitment processes (based on your voluntary, additional consent).

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for future recruitment; Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for the recruitment the candidate applies for directly; Article 6(1)(c) GDPR for data required by the Polish Labour Code.

Retention period: for the duration of the recruitment applied for and - if consent for future recruitment was given - up to 12 months from that consent or until it is withdrawn.

c) Cookies and analytics

3. Data recipients

Your data may be shared with:

• IT and hosting providers maintaining the website infrastructure,
• analytics providers (Google Analytics - only after you consent to analytics cookies),
• entities supporting the recruitment process, where applicable.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

We use Google Analytics 4, which may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Google ensures an adequate level of data protection based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. More information: Google privacy policy.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• rectify your data,
• erase your data ("the right to be forgotten"),
• restrict processing,
• data portability,
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal),
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

6. Providing your data is voluntary

Providing data in the forms is voluntary but necessary for us to answer your enquiry or consider your job application.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved on your device while you use the website. They are used to ensure it works correctly and - with your consent - to analyse traffic.

Which cookies we use

Essential (always active)
Required for the basic operation of the site - among others remembering your cookie consent decision and making forms work correctly. They do not require consent, because without them the site could not function properly.

Analytics (require your consent)
Google Analytics 4 - helps us understand how visitors use the site (number of visits, most visited pages, time spent on the site), in aggregated and, where possible, anonymised form. Data may be processed by Google LLC. Read more in the Google privacy policy.
