Yes. After installation we hand over full as-built documentation - technical drawings, material specifications and warranty information - ready to pass on to the investor or property manager.

Do you work with fire-retardant materials?

Yes, we select materials that comply with the property's fire safety requirements - especially important in hotels and class A office buildings, where such standards are mandatory.

Are your materials FSC certified?

Yes - the timber used in production comes from responsibly managed sources, confirmed by the FSC® certificate.

Do you make elements from glass, stone and steel?

Yes - we combine timber with other materials: glass, stone and steel, designing and coordinating these elements within a single order.

We manufacture contract furniture ourselves - for 15 years, across more than 2,000 m² of our own production hall, with full control over every stage and a stable, experienced team.

Contract furniture for restaurants and bars: tables, chairs, bar joinery and banqueting furniture.

Build-to-rent

Contract furniture for rental apartments: kitchen and bathroom joinery, wardrobes and mobile furniture.

Logistics

Delivery we are responsible for ourselves

We do not use external freight forwarders. We plan routes around the construction schedule, deliver just-in-time and eliminate transhipment - thanks to our own team of drivers.
